Returns Policy
For the health and safety of our customers, no returns on consumable candy products are allowed.
Our guarantee: If you take these precautions-purchase insulated reusable coolers and enough cold packs to sustain your order, select an expedited shipping method delivered to a valid address where someone is there to receive the package on the first attempt, and your candy STILL melts, we will provide a refund for those melted items but cannot reship those items. Be sure to pay attention to shipping notifications so you will be prepared to receive your items upon first delivery attempt.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
